Sunlight exposure triggers the release of serotonin, a neurotransmitter associated with mood regulation and feelings of happiness. Additionally, sunlight stimulates the production of vitamin D in the skin, which is essential for bone health, immune function, and overall vitality. Training in sunlight also helps regulate the body's circadian rhythm, promoting better sleep quality and overall energy levels. Exposure to natural light during exercise can enhance focus, motivation, and enjoyment of physical activity, leading to more effective workouts and greater adherence to training routines. Furthermore, sunlight exposure has been linked to improved athletic performance and recovery. Research suggests that athletes who train outdoors in natural light may experience enhanced endurance, strength, and speed compared to indoor training environments.

Will I get hurt?

There is a possibility of this but any good gym or martial arts group will have safety measures up to safe guard against needless injuries. When learning martial arts one should not be getting "hurt"... the shift to martial combat is when the hurt comes. This is not that. This is the learning side of it.

Where can I learn more about you?

The best way to learn is to come. Come for the free class and enjoy. Take notes. At home later compare that session with the worlds best on youtube or to any gym you have been to. That is a healthy way to learn about any school offering martial arts training.
